Cationic Polyacrylamide Potassium CPAM for Drilling Fluid
General introduction
CPAM is a copolymer of acrylamide , potassium acrylate and organic cation monomer, with its molecular weight about 3 million to 8 million. Compared with cationic polyacrylamide, it has the characteristics of lower cost, better water loss effect. Compared with polyacrylamide potassium, it possesses better flocculating and cuttings carrying capacity.

Characteristics
• Effectively coat cuttings, inhibit hydrous disintegration, and keep rule hole.
• Grid structure of polymer can improve cutting carrying ability, which can keep hole clean.
• Increase viscosity and improve rheology behavior.
• Good compatibility, especially with sulfonates of tannin and sulfonateds of lignite and sulfonates of phenol resin.
• Simple application method on site; directly added or mixed with water.
Method of application
Routine dosage is in the range of 0.1 ~ 0.3 % ,which is up to the condition under well.
