Water Dispersible and Cationic Agent Emulsified Asphalt SFT Series Product Instruction Book
General Introduction
There is no single asphalt model existing now that is available to the temperature of a whole well. The best applicable range of each asphalt is about 20-30℃, beyond this range, asphaltene does not soften and deform and can not form compact、smooth mud cake. Thus, it cannot play a role in reducing filtration loss and anti-caving. In order to satisfy the requirements of anti-caving and lubricity of different well temperature, we make asphalt with different softening point modify into water dispersible and cationic agent emulsified asphalt anti-caving and lubricant SFT series products.
There are three paste products-minimum applicable temperature 60℃,maximum applicable temperature 140℃;there are two powder products-minimum applicable temperature 120℃,maximum applicable temperature 180℃.

Features
Both paste and powder asphalt have certain lubricity and good filtration loss lowering effect. Besides, they will not foam at a large scale. Each model has its best applicable temperature, choose the suitable model when used on site.
The common dosage of paste asphalt is 2-4%, powder asphalt is about 2%. It is added directly in to drilling fluid.
Note
This product should be stored in a cool, ventilated place to avoid the sun and rain.
